If you are considering a change in your current carrier, we are likely able to make as good, if not better arrangements for your change. If we are able to make the arrangements for you and receive an agency fee from the carrier, we will likely be able to do the field work required required by ACCI to make changes to your system without billing you for our labor. Let ACCI negotiate for any potential change in your service. We will not charge for taking all the calls you get from Telephone Company’s soliciting you to change service providers. We know that your time is best spent doing what makes your company profitable. Should a change be of interest and a benefit to your company we can better present the whole picture and make you better aware of ALL the COSTS and TIME along with savings associated with making a change with service providers. Working with Dial Tone, Long Distance and Data Service Providers (Teleco) often requires coordination with your telephone and/or network equipment service company. All too often, what appears to be a simple change effects the equipment side requiring programming, addition or change of equipment. Most all Telecos provide an incentive to equipment providers such as ACCI to negotiate contracts for their services on their behalf. This leaves us with an opportunity to identify which Teleco meets your needs and that you will feel comfortable dealing with on a long term basis. If we are an agent for this company and we received an agent’s commission, we will not charge for our time to program the system and/or be on standby as a conversion takes place.
